Submitting reviews and photographs to LoversLane.com, LaneDirect.net; The following rules deal with materials, comments, and opinions associated with reviews, ratings, and photographs submitted to our websites. When you submit content to our website, you agree that:
1. You are the sole author of the intellectual property rights thereto:
- all “moral rights” that you have are voluntarily waived.
- any and all content you post is free of errors.
- you are not a minor (over 18 years of age).
- the content you submit doesn’t violate the terms or cause injury to any person/entity.
2. You agree that you will not submit any content within the following parameters:
- known by you to be inaccurate or misleading.
- infringing upon any third party’s proprietary rights or rights of publicity/privacy, copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret.
- violating any local law, statute, ordinance, or regulations.
- anything that could be considered defamatory, slanderous, racially, or religiously motivated, or threatening to any entity.
- anything you were compensated for by any third party.
- any information that references other websites, addresses, or contact information.
- anything that contains computer viruses, malware, or otherwise potentially damaging data.
3. You agree to hold Lover’s Lane and its directors, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (both actual and consequential) of every nature.
4. When you submit content to our website, you grant us a perpetual and irrevocable transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content into any form, medium or technology without any compensation to you.
5. Content that you have submitted may be used at Lover’s Lane’s discretion. The company reserves the right to change, edit or delete any content on the website including comments you’ve submitted. Lover’s Lane does not guarantee that you will have access to edit or delete content previously submitted. Ratings and reviews are generally posted within three to five business days. Lover’s Lane reserves the right of refusal to post any submission at our discretion.
6. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the contents of your submissions. No submitted content will be subject to any obligation of confidence. By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Lover’s Lane and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other purposes.
