Age of Consent
Continuing on this site you are affirming that viewing/downloading/receiving material that may be considered sexually explicit does not violate the standards or laws of your community, that you will not make any of the materials available to minors in any form, that you believe it is your constitutional right to view these materials, that you will be fully liable for any legal ramifications that may arise from your receiving or viewing of these materials, or receiving or viewing our e-mails, and that you are 18 years or older. If your city or state has laws making some items on our site illegal, it is your obligation to check local and state laws before ordering.
Fraud
By shopping with us, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of sale to a minor (under the age of 18 years old), or problems identified by our credit and fraud department. If we need to change or cancel your order, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone number provided at time of purchase.
Due to a recent surge in fraud with Curbside Pickup orders, the person that placed the order is required to be the person picking up the order. Your ID may be required for you to pick up your order. Orders requiring ID verification are not eligible to be picked up curbside and must be picked up inside of the store.
Pricing
There may be times that an item is listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error. Any errors are corrected upon discovery, however, Lover's Lane has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed that contain products with inaccurate information. In the rare event that this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you with the contact information given at checkout. Our stores and internet sites do not price match or honor other Internet competitor pricing.
Novelty Purchases
Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. Lover's Lane will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STDs. Lover's Lane makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer holds harmless the seller for any liability.
Returns
Lover's Lane guarantees you will be satisfied with every product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON. This policy does not apply to our novelty items, which are not eligible for a return or exchange. Should you have a defective novelty item, please contact our customer service department prior to shipping the item back to discuss and help us assist you with a replacement.
Purchases through the website cannot be returned or exchanged at a Lover's Lane store. Approved item(s) for return or exchange are to be sent within ten (10) days of receipt along with the packing slip completed on the backside indicating the information necessary to process the return or exchange, to Lane Direct at 46750 Port Street, Plymouth, MI 48170. Shipping charges for items sent back for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless sending back defective merchandise. Lover's Lane does not charge a shipping fee for exchange orders when sending the replacement back to the customer.
Promotions/Offers/Coupons
Promotions are considered the following, but are not limited to: sales, deals, coupons, offers, promotion codes, and discount codes. We reserve the right to raise or lower prices or offers at any time without prior notice, limit quantities purchased, and not honor any printing errors &/or omissions. LoversLane.com no longer offers redemption of Love Club Coupon Book coupons online. Love Club Coupon Book coupon redemption is available in-store only.
MAP Policies
We have MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreements with a number of vendors who manufacture branded products we sell. The objective of this type of policy is to protect brands by defining minimum price advertisement rules. Because of these agreements, during certain sales, products manufactured by these vendors may not be available for purchase on our websites or in store.
Email Marketing
Subscribers to our email list receive exclusive savings, information about upcoming promotions, and news regarding the company. Subscribers to the email list can choose to receive all emails, or one monthly email. Users can unsubscribe or update these preferences by clicking the "update your preferences" link at the bottom of any email campaign. Please allow up to 48 hours for any changes to take effect.
Third Party Services & Apps
We work with a customer review company known as Yotpo. Once your order is complete, you may receive an email asking to rate your shopping experience and provide a review about the items you purchased.

There may be content on our websites or associated channels that contain typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Some of this content includes but is not limited to email marketing, pricing information, product descriptions, promotional deals, shipping rates, and delivery times. We reserve the right to correct these errors and update orders accordingly at any time, making edits and corrections as we see fit.
