To join the Program, all you need to do is register for a Frequent Lover loyalty account. A Romance Specialist can help in-store, or simply visit the Lover’s Lane Loyalty Portal. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands and be 18 years of age or older.

You’ll earn points on all purchases, receive a 20% discount redeemable during the month of your birthday, a 15% discount redeemable during the month of your partner's birthday, and a 10% discount redeemable during the month of your wedding anniversary!
After enrolling, you’ll receive 100 Points FREE! You’ll earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend. After reaching 400 Points, you earn a $15 reward credit toward a future purchase. For every 400 Points earned thereafter, you receive $15 in reward credit, which accumulates until used. Receive double, triple, or quadruple Points during special events announced throughout the year!
You must be enrolled in the program before completing a transaction in order to earn points. During an in-store transaction, you must provide your e-mail address associated with your membership. Online, you must log in to your account through the Lover's Lane Loyalty Portal.
To redeem your Rewards online, add items to your shopping cart, click the “Checkout” button, (if you’re not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account), and continue through the checkout process.
When you get to the Billing Address & Payment Method section, you’ll see a box labeled “Frequent Lover Rewards” and a list of reward(s) available for use will be shown if your membership has a reward balance. When you click the Reward, your Reward will be used and the dollar value will be deducted from your order total. Done!
To redeem your Rewards in-store, the cashier will apply Rewards balance during the check-out process. During the in-store transaction, you must provide your e-mail address associated with your membership for Rewards balance to be made available.
Discounts and Rewards may only be used to purchase merchandise, excluding gift cards and products not able to be discounted due to manufacturer guidelines, while supplies last. You must redeem your rewards during the checkout process, in-store or online, and they cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or promotions.
If you apply Discounts or Rewards to your purchase, the total amount available will apply. You cannot select the amount of your Rewards applied to the order. If you have more Rewards than are necessary to complete a purchase, the appropriate balance of Rewards selected will apply and be deducted from your account to complete the purchase; Rewards not needed to complete the purchase will remain in your account until they expire, if applicable.
If you have Rewards in your account, but not enough to complete the purchase, all Rewards that you selected in your account will be applied to the purchase, and then you will be asked to select another form of payment to cover the remaining balance. Purchases using Rewards are subject to all applicable sales tax.
Yes. After you enroll, you will receive Pleasure Points based on your in-store and online purchases that convert to a redeemable coupon.
You can always check your Frequent Lover Pleasure Points & Rewards balance in the Loyalty Portal, or in-store.
You can update your information any time by logging into your account through the Loyalty Portal.
Yes! To redeem your Discount online, simply add items to your shopping cart, then on the shopping bag page input the Coupon Code from your e-mail notification and click Add Coupon’ to apply the discount to your order. Then continue with the checkout process.
To redeem your Discount in-store, present the discount code from your e-mail notification to the cashier, either printed or shown on your mobile device.
Any items received as a result of Rewards redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Rewards redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Rewards will ship in the normal course of business. Frequent Lover Pleasure Points earned via credit card transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.
You cannot redeem Rewards for more than the total amount of your purchase. Rewards are not redeemable for cash. When a customer enrolls during the month of their anniversary, they will not receive the discount until the following year.
Frequent Lover Pleasure Points never expire. Your Account page lists your Points balance history, which displays the dates your Pleasure Points were earned. This Program will continue until modified, suspended, terminated, or converted to another rewards program by Lover’s Lane.

Program Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions carefully. These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Lover’s Lane & Co. and will govern your participation in the Program offered.
Participating in the Program entitles members to take advantage of certain Program rewards that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Lover’s Lane at its sole discretion. Lover’s Lane reserves the right to modify these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.
Without notice, Lover’s Lane may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Program or any Program Reward(s) at any time, including the availability of any Program Points or Rewards.
Suspension &/or Termination of Member Participation
Lover’s Lane may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend or terminate any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
Lover’s Lane reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Lover’s Lane deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Lover’s Lane to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.
Any decision Lover’s Lane & Co. makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Lover’s Lane shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or intent of the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
Release & Indemnification
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Lover’s Lane, by participating in the Program Members agree to release Lover’s Lane, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program or the use of any Rewards.
By participating in the program members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Lover’s Lane and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. By participating in the program member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Michigan for all matters arising in connection with the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.
Loyalty Program Timeline & Updates:
Modification: July 2024. We've implemented a software update to streamline the process of redeeming rewards. One minor change is that the gift card reward will now be issued in the form of a convenient digital coupon. This simply means you'll now receive a digital coupon containing a unique barcode for in-store purchases or a discount code for online transactions. This update not only simplifies the redemption process but also ensures that you can continue to enjoy your rewards seamlessly, whether you're shopping in-store or online. Rest assured, all other aspects of our loyalty program remain unchanged, and you can continue to earn and redeem points as before.
