- * Birthday & anniversary discounts are issued only once a month (within the last 3 days of the month prior to the events) and must be redeemed during the month of the event or they are forefeited. When a customer enrolls during the month of their birthday, partner's birthday, and/or anniversary, they will not receive the 25% discount until the following year.

Program Terms and Conditions
The Frequent Lover® Loyalty Program sponsored by Lover’s Lane and its affiliates is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. We reward you for doing what you already do: shop in-store or at LoversLane.com . Best of all, you can use the rewards you earn to purchase more!
The following terms and conditions contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions carefully. These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Lover’s Lane & Co. and will govern your participation in the Program offered.
Participating in the Program entitles members to take advantage of certain Program rewards that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Lover’s Lane at its sole discretion. Lover’s Lane reserves the right to modify these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.
Without notice, Lover’s Lane may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Program or any Program Reward(s) at any time, including the availability of any Program Points or Rewards.
Program Period
This Program will continue until modified, suspended, terminated, or converted to another rewards program by Lover’s Lane.
Eligibility
To become a Member of the Program, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands and be 18 years of age or older. To enroll in the Program, you simply need to have registered for a Frequent Lover® loyalty account. You are NOT automatically enrolled when you make a purchase in-store, or at LoversLane.com, you must enroll first.
Earning Points
Once you have enrolled as a Member, you begin racking up Frequent Lover Pleasure Points™ and Rewards the following ways:
- Shop - every time you purchase merchandise &/or gift cards from our stores or online at LoversLane.com, you earn 1 Point for every dollar spent per transaction (excluding tax and shipping charges).
- After reaching 250 Points, you earn a $15 reward toward a future purchase. For every 250 Points earned thereafter, you receive $15 in rewards, which accumulate until used.
- Receive double, triple, or quadruple during special events announced throughout the year.
Reward Balance
You can always check your Frequent Lover Pleasure Points™ & Rewards balance in your account page, or in-store.
Reward Redemption
The Rewards may be used for purchase of merchandise only, excluding gift cards, and are not redeemable for cash. Redemption of Rewards must be initiated during the checkout process, in-store or online.
To redeem your Rewards online, simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the “Checkout” button (if you’re not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account). Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Billing Address & Payment Method section, you’ll see a box that that says “Frequent Lover Rewards” and a list of reward(s) available for use will be shown if your membership has a reward balance. When you click the Reward, your Reward will be used and the dollar value will be deducted from your order total. Done!
To redeem your Rewards in-store, the cashier will apply Rewards balance during the check-out process. During the in-store transaction, you must provide your e-mail address associated with your membership for Rewards balance to be made available.
Rewards are available for redemption for the purchase of products only while supplies last. Product quantities may be limited. If you choose to apply Rewards to your purchase, you will not be able to select the amount of your Rewards that are applied to the order (the total amount available will be applied). If you have more Rewards than are necessary to complete a purchase, the appropriate balance of Rewards that you select will be applied and deducted from your account to complete the purchase; Rewards not needed to complete the purchase will remain in your account until they expire, if applicable. If you have Rewards in your account, but not enough to complete the purchase, all Rewards that you selected in your account will be applied to the purchase, then you will be asked to select another form of payment to cover the remaining balance.
Discount Redemption
Birthday, Partner Birthday, and Anniversary discounts may be used for purchase of merchandise only, excluding gift cards. Redemption of Discounts must be initiated during the checkout process, in-store or online. Rewards cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or promotions.
To redeem your Discount online, simply add items to your shopping cart, then on the shopping bag page input the Coupon Code from your e-mail notification and click Add Coupon’ to apply the discount to your order. Then continue with the checkout process.
To redeem your Discount in-store, present the discount code from your e-mail notification to the cashier, either printed or shown on your mobile device.
Frequent Lover Pleasure Points™ Expiration
Frequent Lover Pleasure Points™ never expire. Your Account page lists your Points balance history, which displays the dates your Pleasure Points™ were earned.
Sales Tax Obligation For Reward Redemption
Purchases using Rewards are subject to all applicable sales tax.
Refunds & Returns
Any items received as a result of Rewards redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Rewards redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Rewards will ship in the normal course of business.
Frequent Lover Pleasure Points™ earned via credit card transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.
Frequent Lover® Rewards Minimums And Maximum
You cannot redeem Rewards for more than the total amount of your purchase. Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
Suspension &/or Termination of Member Participation
Lover’s Lane may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend or terminate any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of the Frequent Lover® Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Lover’s Lane reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Lover’s Lane deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of the Frequent Lover® Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Lover’s Lane to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Lover’s Lane & Co. makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Lover’s Lane shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or intent of the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
Release & Indemnification
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Lover’s Lane, by participating in the Program Members agree to release Lover’s Lane, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program or the use of any Rewards.
By participating in the program members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Lover’s Lane and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern the Frequent Lover® Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. By participating in the program member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Michigan for all matters arising in connection with the Frequent Lover® Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.
Loyalty Program: Launched February 17, 2021
1st modification to program: February 1, 2023 The loyalty program was modified due to excessive fraudulent activity for Birthday, Partner Birthday, and Anniversary $20 reward credits. Unfortunately, some individuals (too many) were falsifying the application and:
A)Putting all Birthday, Partner’s Birthday, and Anniversary dates in the same month.
B)Creating multiple false e-mail accounts to receive multiple $20 reward credits enabling them to make purchases of several hundreds of dollars without paying anything.
For these reasons, we found it necessary to modify our program until the software designed for this program can be modified to better manage, identify, and stop these types of fraudulent activities from occurring.
