When placing an order and providing your e-mail address, it is strictly used to give you order confirmation and ship confirmation e-mails. You will only receive marketing e-mails from Lover's Lane when you subscribe to our e-mail list.

We encourage customers to visit our website to view our full inventory and what is currently in stock. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee stock availability upon checkout. Be sure to double-check your order before submitting it. Please ensure to include a phone number where you can be reached when placing a mail order, so we can contact you in the event the item(s) you wish to purchase are no longer available. 

Discounts and Promotions:

Discounts/coupons can not be redeemed in conjunction with another similar promotion. Many offers have a unique coupon code that must be used in the shopping bag at checkout. Our website allows you to redeem only one discount or promotion at a time. Promotions, discounts, and coupons have expiration dates and are only valid while supplies last. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases that are in transit or already delivered. Lover's Lane reserves the right to cancel any order because it is unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount/coupon. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or make substitution to a promotion due to lack of inventory, omissions, system error, or unforeseen problems. All times and dates indicated for Lover's Lane discounts and promotions are in Eastern Standard Time (E.S.T).
