This set  allows for comfortable training of the pelvic floor muscles. It set includes 4 weighted balls, a dual-ball cord, and a single-ball cord. Each ball can be popped out and replaced in the corded sheath, so you can mix and match the four weighted balls to find your perfect weight!

To use, simply apply your favorite sexual lubricant and slowly insert the smallest device into the vagina, weighted end first. The retrieval cord should always be accessible for easy removal.  After use, simply clean with warm water and mild soap or your preferred sex toy cleaning formula. Let air dry, and always use water-based lube with these toys!
