kGoal from Minna Life is a revolutionary new way to exercise and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. The kGoal is a customizable, app-driven workout tool that will give you actual feedback as you strengthen and tone your pelvic floor muscles. Using the free kGoal app, you can actually watch the readout display the strength of your pelvic squeezes.

Kegel exercises are difficult for some women because you can't actually see yourself doing them. The app will track your progress and customize your workout to your body. The insertable portion of the kGoal is an inflatable pillow that you may inflate or deflate to fit perfectly.

USB-rechargeable battery has a battery life of at least two hours, depending on usage. The charge time is approximately 1.5 hours. A USB charge cable is included.
