Take the Playtime Revolve Thrusting Vibration for a spin! The sleek design of this unique dual stimulation toy features a thrusting, gyrating shaft and two strong vibrators at the top and in the external stimulator. 

Press and hold the power button on this toy to turn it on and off. Once it's on, it will be in stand-by mode. Press the middle button to turn on and cycle through the 9 vibration patterns, and hold the button to pause vibrations. The top button controls the shaft. Press to cycle through the 3 speeds and hold to pause.
